Fees
What it costs
Our fee is flat and agreed in writing before work begins. Government filing fees are set by the relevant agency, are separate from our fee, and are paid to the government rather than to us.
Our fee
One flat amount for the case we agree to handle. We tell you the amount first. If the case changes, we tell you before we do more work.
Government fees
Government agencies set their own filing fees and can change them. We will tell you the current amount. These are not our fees and we do not keep them.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that a case will be approved. We do not promise a government timeline. USCIS, the Department of State, and other agencies decide matters within their authority.
Privacy
What we store, and what we do not
Your immigration information is sensitive. Here is what happens to it.
This website
This site loads no third-party analytics and no third-party fonts. Nothing on this page reports your visit to another company. The fonts are served from our own site.
What we keep
If you write to us, we keep your message and the documents you send, because a law firm has to keep a file. We keep them in the firm's own systems.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share your file with anyone outside the firm except as the law requires or your case needs, and we will tell you when that happens.
